Lyn Castaneda

Lyn Castaneda, a 2024 graduate of Sam Houston University with a degree in Agricultural Business, brings a broad and deep understanding of the ranching industry to his role at B.R. Cutrer. Since joining the BRC team in 2022, initially as a summer intern and then part-time while completing his studies, Lyn has immersed himself in all facets of ranch operations from showing cattle to engaging in international marketing and embryo transfer.

As the Director of Business Operations, Lyn now oversees the Brahman Country Beef program and manages BRC's Brahman steer program, playing a crucial role in the ranch’s domestic and international business affairs. His comprehensive expertise in both the practical and strategic aspects of the business ensures that BRC continues to innovate and lead in the Brahman cattle industry, while maintaining the high standards of quality and excellence that the brand is known for.
