When you’re a cow at BRC, competition is pretty fierce for “best cow on the ranch.” In our humble Texas pastures, at any given time, you’ll find the USA’s largest number of living International and National Grand Champion Females. So, in order to stand out, you have to be spetacular.
There’s the age old question of: would you rather have a cow that produes great herd bulls, or great daughters? And, we think the answer should be: BOTH. 835 is the modern foundation of the Jennessa cow family (the cow family that produced Captain and 160).
