Labor Day Weekend in New Iberia, Louisiana, marked the 2024 Sugar Classic, where some of the finest Brahman cattle in the United States gathered to compete. The event was a showcase of top-tier genetics and the close-knit community of breeders dedicated to the Brahman breed. We are incredibly proud to see many of our friends, customers, and genetic collaborators achieving success at this show, with several champions sired by BRC bulls.

Junior Show Highlights – BRC Sires Claim Both Championship Spots!

Leading the way in the Junior Show was Adelyn Smith’s MISS JS/CLF POLLED MARVELOUS 212/2, who captured the title of Grand Champion Gray Female. Sired by the legendary +M2 BRC Captain 518/1, Polled Marvelous is a shining example of the breed’s future—combining Captain’s powerful genetics with her dam’s polled influence. Adelyn has shown tremendous dedication, and this win is a reflection of her hard work. The Smith family is so dear to us and we are so happy for her winning streak this fall with 212/2.
