BRC “An Evening at the Ranch”

April 7, 2021

BRC invites you to attend our first seasonal “An Evening at the Ranch” Farm to Table Dinner Experience on Saturday, May 15th, featuring the Go Texan Brahman Country Beef and other local vendors.

What is a Farm to Table Dinner?

Farm to table dinners are part of the “shop local / eat local” movement. Everything at the dinner will be locally sourced and provided by local vendors.

We plan to host these in the spring and fall.

This spring’s “An Evening at the Ranch” will feature:

  • Beef fajitas locally sourced and provided by Brahman Country Beef LLC. Prepared by local chef Susie Longoria along with all the fixings and homemade tortillas.
  • Complimentary soft drinks, beer and wine provided by Braman Winery, a great Texas winery who also has strong roots in the Texas ranching industry.
  • Snack boards from Gather and Graze, prepared by local artisan Tiffany Hawes, another local rancher.
  • Homemade desserts from local “celebrity” bakers Nikki Rodriguez of “The Kookie Krumbles” famous Churro Cupcakes and Tammy Herrera of Alyssa’s Kisses famous Mexican Sheet Cake.

You’ll enjoy all this local fare while listening to a live mariachi band, followed by live entertainment from Rustic Sounds, great company, and enjoy the championship cattle of BRC grazing under the stars.

On display will be the BRC 2021 International Grand Champion Brahman Female, recently crowned champion in March 2021.

Everything–from the beef to the desserts to the entertainment–comes straight from Wharton county.

Make it a date night or bring the kids! Tickets are available at http://bit.ly/EveningAtBRCRanch or you can Venmo $50 ($40 for children) to RachelCutrer.

Everyone is welcome to come! You don’t have to be a “local” or even a rancher to attend. We have people from all the U.S. coming to experience our event!
